The examples below are pre-mapping of existing PwC dashboards from MicroStrategy, combing flows, suggestions, & grouping decisions while working with PM’s from both 66degrees & PwC teams. (Learning and discovery workshops)
STARTED A FOUNDTATION
Creation of PwC Style Guide and Design System
Kyle was tasked with creating multiple dashboards for PwC. In order to streamline the process and ensure consistent branding and design, Kyle created a full UX/UI GUI Kit, or "Design System," As a scalable foundation to mold within sprints to delivery.
Focused on heavily lifting changes and feedback, Kyle created the best components that would speed up or save time.
This kit served as the foundation for all future dashboard creations and was implemented in Teams.
In addition to this, Kyle created fast tabling components and foundational styles to help with the efficient creation of the dashboards.
Plug N Play - Figma Team Library for PwC's Dashboard Style Guides & Components
These prototypes and conversations were ongoing, with the goal of continually improving and refining the design that has a backbone for flexibility.

The PwC redesign project was a success thanks to the hard work and dedication of the entire team, but particularly due to the contributions of Kyle Vena as the UX/UI Lead Design Consultant. His ability to understand the needs of the client and create high-fidelity dashboards that exceeded their expectations was invaluable.
In addition, his quick adoption of new technology and processes, and his focus on detail and business outcomes, made him a valuable asset to the project. The end result was a set of intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that will undoubtedly be a valuable tool for PwC moving forward.
Kyle successfully delivered high-fidelity dashboards for PwC, exceeding their expectations with his adaptability and focus on business outcomes despite being let go shortly after delivery due to the downturn in our economy at the start of this year 2023.
