Overcoming a Six-Month Project Delay:
A Design Journey

Confronted with a project trailing six months behind schedule, Kyle assumed leadership in the redesign of BBVA Open Platform’s website.
Transported to BBVA Headquarters in San Francisco, he collaborated with new key team members to refine project workflows. Demonstrating his skill in breaking down
complex challenges, he crafted user journeys & rapid prototypes to keep the development flowing. Working closely with the new product owner and stakeholders,
he planned and executed strategies to propel the project on track, ultimately securing the needed funding while brought the project
in-house to Dallas, Tx for better alignment for dev & Api teams.
